Slip Lining in Tomahawk, WI

Ellingson Infrastructure Management (EIM) implemented a slip lining pipe rehab solution for Packaging Corporation of America (PCA). The company was having issues with a plugged 1,250 ft. leachate line due to the cardboard manufacturing process. We removed the old, clogged pipe and then slip lined a replacement 8” pipe inside of the original 12” casing pipe. This rehab solution allowed the plant to remain fully operational (including the shipping and receiving areas) avoiding any down-time, or the need to tear up hard surface areas – all resulting in major operational efficiencies for the plant and cost savings back to our customer.
